Bailey’s hold two college open days

BRTMA member Bailey’s of Norfolk has opened its doors to Easton College and has set in place plans for the college to visit there production plant and topsoil testing laboratory on a regular basis.
The college visited Bailey’s of Norfolk on two occasions last month and a total of fifty students had the chance to see how topdressings and rootzones are produced. A demonstration of particle size distribution analysis, pH testing and loss on ignition was also held in the laboratory. The visits were rounded off with a buffet lunch followed by a short Q & A session.

The visits were a great success and have now been pencilled in as an annual event.
